1) Ownership; All goods are the property of NanoWay Ireland, until full payment has been received.
2) Availability of Stock; All of our products are subject to availability. At other times of the year such as special occasions,
Christmas, Easter etc. we ask our customers to be patient until the stock levels are back to normal.
3) Photography; Please note that the image on this website are for illustration purposes only. We aim to ensure that all
photographs present on this website accurately reflect our products, however pictures and reality may differ.
4) Social Media; The opinions and advice expressed by NanoWay Ireland on our social media pages are our own and we
try to ensure accuracy at all times, however we take no responsibility for any offensive posting or expressing opinions by

5) Errors; We will try to always have content, prices and information on our website correct at all times, however, any omissions
or typographical errors in any text will have no liability on our part.
We reserve all rights to change prices and charges whenever it becomes necessary. All price mentioned
in this website are in € and are inclusive of 23% VAT.
We accept payment through PayPal and Cash upon Collection.
You as the customer have a right to cancel an order, however only when you have received it. If we receive
the cancellation after the order has been despatched, the you the customer is responsible for the cost of sending
received goods back to us, in the mean time we will arrange a refund or exchange for you, providing it is returned
in the same saleable condition as when purchased and is with original packaging, any documentation included, all
included accessories etc.
Exchange or refund is not allowed if the goods received are opened, part used, damaged, any accessories missing
that are included with the item, etc. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your order will be eligible for exchange only should you wish to change your mind, ( excluding any postal charges)
provided you do so within the 14 working day cooling-off period. Please make sure that goods are accompanied by the
original packaging and all accessories are included. All items returned for exchange or refund will be subject to a careful
examination of condition. The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same
perfect condition supplied to the customer.
The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by products arriving late
or damaged. By shopping online with us you accept these terms and conditions.
Please make sure it is accompanied by the original packaging and accessories. All items returned for exchange or refund
will be subject to a careful examination of condition.
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if the item received is manufacturing faulty. However, we must examine that the
item to ensure its fault before any refund or exchange can be made.
